Shipping information
Shipping depends on where you order. Orders placed through the Lebanon store are delivered within Lebanon and paid in cash on delivery. Orders placed through the Family of Saint Sharbel USA store or through Amazon are shipped according to that store’s shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown before you confirm your order.
Returns policy
All sales made through our Lebanon store are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Orders placed through the Family of Saint Sharbel USA store or through Amazon are not covered by this policy; those stores have their own return and refund policies, which apply instead.
Privacy policy
This website does not require an account and does not use advertising trackers. To understand how the site is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and shows us which pages are viewed, along with the visitor’s country, browser, device and referring site; Cloudflare states that this tool does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in order to deliver and protect the site. If you send us a message through the contact form, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you; the form is processed by the form service Web3Forms. Orders are handled by the stores you are directed to (Shopify or Amazon), which have their own privacy policies, and the cart used for orders in Lebanon stores a small amount of data in your browser to remember your cart. To ask us to delete a message you sent, contact us.
